Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

50% deposit required to secure the date. Remaining balance due before final delivery. Payments via bank transfer, mobile money, or cash.

2. Pricing

Quotes valid for 30 days. Prices may vary for extra crew, locations, equipment, or extended post-production.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling allowed subject to availability.

4. Intellectual Property

Studio retains copyright until full payment. Client receives usage rights upon full payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project info and access to locations. Ensure legal rights for music and logos provided.

6. Post-Production & Revisions

Packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions billed per project or hourly.

7. Liability & Safety

Studio exercises care to protect equipment and footage. Client responsible for safety at locations.

8. Governing Law

Terms governed by Zambian law. Disputes resolved in Lusaka courts.
